Inquiry Term 2

Diversity - Life is Diverse
Land, sea and air

This term's Inquiry has a Science base and we will be looking at scientists, scientific drawings and science experiments. In Wk 7 we will be going on a Virtual Field Trip for the entire week. It's going to be an exciting term.

Notes from our class lesson on what to include in your introduction.

During Week 8 you will be completing the conclusion of your independent Inquiry. This will be done in essay form. To complete this effectively you will need to have answered each of you subsidiary questions in detail. Be thinking about your introduction taking into consideration these points:

1. Explain the context of the essay
2. Give the answer: the response to the question or the overall focus of the essay (the      thesis statement)
3. Describe the structure and organisation of the essay

The Changing face of Auckland
